How do I use it?

• When you are ordering, open up the app and check you are in the right venue.
• Order with our bar staff, when it comes to payment select the pay at bar option at the bottom of the screen, make sure you let them know you will be paying with the app!
• Our friendly staff will ask “what number are you”, you should see a pop up with a number appear on your screen.
• Tell them the number and voila! You have successfully paid via the app!
• You will earn 10 points for every dollar you spend using the Australian Venue Co app. Build up to 2000 points and redeem a $20 credit.

Want to order at the table? No problem!

• Open up the app, at the bottom you will see 2 options – Pay at bar, order at the table!
• Choose the order at table option, this will direct you to our visual menu and ordering system.
• Enter your table number and choose what you would like to order
• Once you reach the payment screen, you can choose to pay via the app & carry on redeeming points!
